In the event that you decide to return the product purchased in the online shop of Xtraice SL, you may exercise your right to do so within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the product, without the need for Justification, the customer will assume all the costs, direct or indirect, of the return of the goods, with the only exception that the return is made by defects in the product.<\/p>\n

The refund of the money will always be by bank transfer and will be carried out within a period not to exceed 14 days from the receipt of the product in the facilities of Xtraice.
